Booking and Cancellation Terms for VIP Rakka 5, 6, 7 & 8 Cabins

These terms apply to accommodation bookings for VIP Rakka cabins once the customer has made a reservation for the accommodation.

  • The customer may be charged an advance payment equal to the total booking price or a part thereof at any time.
  • The customer will be charged the total booking price or a part thereof if they cancel the reservation at any time.
  • The reservation may be cancelled free of charge before the due date of the advance payment. Reservations invoiced in a single installment may be cancelled free of charge before the invoice due date.
  • The final payment must be paid no later than 4 weeks (28 days) before the start of the accommodation period.
  • Any cancellation of a reservation must always be made in writing to the seller. Failure to pay the invoice is not considered a valid cancellation of the reservation.

Seller’s right to cancel the reservation

In the event of force majeure, the seller may cancel the reservation. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund of payments made to the seller. The seller also has the right to cancel the reservation if the customer has not paid the invoice by the due date.

Access to the apartment / room

The apartment/room is available to the customer from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival until 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

Maximum occupancy

VIP Rakka 5 – 8 persons
VIP Rakka 6 – 8 persons
VIP Rakka 7 – 10 persons
VIP Rakka 8 – 10 persons

All apartments/rooms are non-smoking. Bringing pets into the apartment/room must be reported at the time of booking.

The customer is liable for any damage caused to the apartment/room or its furnishings during their stay. If the customer or their guests cause disturbance or pose a danger to others in the same property, the seller or their representative has the right to terminate the accommodation agreement immediately, and the customer must vacate the accommodation at once. In such cases, payments will not be refunded for used or unused accommodation nights.

Hot tubs and motorhomes are prohibited at our cabins.
Quiet hours apply at all properties from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Any remarks or complaints regarding the equipment or condition of the apartment must be reported immediately to the seller or their representative upon discovery.

Payment methods

erifone Finland Oy is a payment institution authorized by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment transactions are carried out in Verifone Finland Oy’s secure payment environment. On bank statements and card invoices, Verifone Finland Oy appears as the recipient of payments and forwards the payments to the merchant.
